2. Description of Services
First Class Business Group Inc is a business lending broker that connects businesses with lenders and financing sources. We act solely as a broker and intermediary — we are not a lender and do not make credit decisions or guarantee approval.
3. Broker Relationship & Disclosure
We are a business lending BROKER, not a direct lender. We may receive compensation from lenders upon successful placement of financing. Final credit decisions rest solely with lenders. Loan terms and rates are determined by the lender.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to enter contracts, and your business must be legally registered. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete financial and business information, promptly respond to documentation requests, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose. Providing false information may constitute fraud.
6. Fees and Compensation
Fees may include broker fees upon successful loan closing. All fees will be disclosed in writing before you incur any obligation. You agree not to circumvent our broker relationship for 24 months after engagement.
7. No Guarantee of Financing
We make no guarantee that financing will be obtained, that any particular rate will be available, or that a specific lender will approve your application.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST CLASS BUSINESS GROUP INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Disputes will be conducted on an individual basis — not as a class action.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the broker relationship at any time with written notice. Fees earned prior to termination remain due. The 24-month non-circumvention and confidentiality obligations survive termination.
